The story of Shivangi Lioness, depicts an amazing tale that tells us about society and personal pitfalls of the protagonist. Anandhi comes into her own in a hard edged role as Sathyabhama and really gives you something to weep (or scream) about. Varalaxmi Sarathkumar as Sarika Singh, well you are kind of left as how she will go down in the memory of viewers. The sound design and cinematography that help carry the weight of protagonist's turmoil in close-ups, tight framing shots. The film has intense themes, and what the storytelling isn't for everyone, but with that gloss of an actual woman fighting through adversity it's worth seeing.
Shivangi Lioness does more than a very interesting t.V. mini series that tells what of societal problems in a certain manner. The solid performances, particularly Anandhi are even more impressive as well as tense plot keep her experience lingering on in the head of viewers.
