Review

The Diplomat received much praise from critics but also from its large number of fans for its realism and gripping showing off. As the diplomat lost in political mess, John Abraham does a restrained and electric turn John Abraham performs powerful as J.P. Singh, sheer determination balanced well with vulnerability.

Uzma Ahmed / Sadia Khateeb is a treat to watch as the fearful, defeated and fended woman on her journey of liberation. The cast of supporting actors Kumud Mishra and Sharib Hashmi add value to the narrative with their strong performances.

Shivam Nair has direction that is economical and keeps its eye on realism well without over dramatizing the plot of the film.

Manan Bhardwaj and Anurag Saikia have done a good background score, while Dimo Popov to shape the grim dark atmosphere of the film perfectly.

Conclusion

The Diplomat is not a mere thriller but rather a great courage-and-stamina saga in time of trials. It is not only a reminder of what we as diplomats have faced the hard truth but also a nod to the grass roots warriors from all corners of the world who do it day by day for justice and humanity. The film in a convincing performance by John Abraham it remains one powerful watch of callousness the human spirit can be. If you like the kind of fiery, based-on-real-life political dramas this is, you should definitely watch this film. .
